To ensure Dreamer’s Loft is rewarding for everyone, we ask all members to embrace the following Code of Conduct.

1.     Foster a Positive Atmosphere

Say “Hi”! Share a smile! Never pass up a high-five or fist-bump opportunity! Encourage your fellow members and treat everyone with respect, kindness, and consideration. Embrace and appreciate the unique perspectives each member brings to our community. Avoid discriminatory or offensive language and be mindful/respectful of cultural differences.

2.     Refrain from Gossiping / Polarizing Conversations

Let’s keep our community drama-free! Gossiping or spreading rumors about fellow members will not be tolerated. Instead, focus on building positive relationships, fostering collaboration / inclusion, and celebrating each other’s successes.

3.     Practice Confidentiality

Please keep confidential any proprietary information you may overhear or obtain in collaboration activities while using space. Encourage a culture of collaboration / inclusion where everyone feels comfortable and inspired to share ideas and work together toward common goals.

4.     Be Mindful of Noise Levels

While we encourage interaction, it’s important to respect personal space. Be mindful of others’ working preferences. Keep noise levels in shared areas at a considerate volume and use designated spaces for phone calls or louder conversations. Use headphones when listening to music or engaging in activities that may disturb others.

5.     Keep it Tidy

All workspaces and seating are available on a first come, first served basis. As such, please clean up and organize your area once you are finished working. Properly dispose of all trash and take all personal items when you leave. This includes cleaning up after yourself in common areas, such as the kitchenette, bathrooms, and meeting rooms. Let’s all contribute to creating a clean and clutter-free environment that’s not only productive but visually pleasing, too.

6.    Be Conscientious when Taking Pictures and Recording Video

It’s an insta-worthy space and we encourage you to play around with the different spaces and backgrounds. However, please refrain from bringing in extensive lighting setups and props, moving furniture, or engaging in behavior that is disruptive to other members working in the space. Please do not photograph or video record other members in the space without their consent. Need more freedom to play? Sign up for one of our Content Creation days!

7.     Follow Coworking Space Policies

Adhere to all the policies and guidelines set by the coworking space management. This includes access, security, and facility usage. Compliance with these policies ensures a smooth and safe experience for everyone.

8.     Report Issues Promptly

If you encounter any issues or observe behavior that goes against the spirit of our community, please report it promptly to the coworking space management. Your input is valuable in maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
